No after sale service

Recently bought an infra red mini 400 massage Bian stone. Used it for less than two weeks, the USB Type C charging port on the gun unable to charge due to fault in the part (dislodge port). Contacted three times via email and till now no reply. As we are overseas unable to return to Takashimaya Singapore for post sale service. Product defective after less than 2 weeks and terrible post sale service.
