Apple Pay: When you visit online store using Safari on iOS 10 or macOS Sierra, you'll see a button with the Apple Pay logo on the cart page. You can tap or click the button to make a purchase with Apple Pay. After it, you'll see the shipping and billing information you added to your wallet, as well as the cost of the order, shipping rates, and taxes. 

Note: You can use discount codes with Apple Pay only if you enter a discount code on the checkout page before clicking the Apple Pay button. If you click the Apple Pay button on the cart page, you can't go to the checkout page to enter a discount code.

Error when checking out with Apple Pay on a Mac

If you see an error message after trying to check out with Apple Pay on a Mac, then there might be a communication problem between your phone and your computer. To verify connectivity, you must make sure the phone and the computer meet the following setup requirements:

  • They are close to each other.
  • Bluetooth is turned on.
  • They are both logged in to the same iCloud account.

Google Pay: When you visit online store using Google Chrome browser, you can see a button with the Google Pay logo.

If you have the Google Pay app installed, then you can tap the button to make a purchase with Google Pay. After you tap the button, you'll see your billing and shipping information.

Shipping Fee

  • For standard shipping, it is free. We offer free shipping for most countries and regions.
  • For express shipping, the shipping fee is USD 5.00 - 35.00 per order.
  • You can see the different shipping fee after you enter the address information in the checkout page.

Shipping Origin

Your orders will be shipped from our listed hubs:

  • USA warehouse (Los Angeles): For USA only
  • UK warehouse (London): For UK only
  • Russia warehouse (Moscow): For Russia and Belarus only.
  • China / Hong Kong warehouse: Rest of the world

Notice: ZIKKO reserves the rights of allocating warehouse according to the local inventory.

Customs Duties & Tax

  • The recipient is responsible for all customs duties and taxes levied by the country of destination.

Handling Time

All orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days, Monday to Friday in most cases. A tracking number will be emailed to you upon shipment.

Delivery Time & Method

For USA customers:

  • Your package will be shipped from our USA warehouse. Most packages will be shipped via FedEx or USPS; it usually takes 3 - 7 business days for delivery.
  • Express delivery time is 1 to 3 business days. The order will be delivered by FedEx / DHL / UPS or other courier services.

For Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico Shipping customers:

  • Delivery time will take 16-21 business days.

APO addresses (such as Armed Forces addresses overseas):

  • Delivery time will take 24-28 business days

For UK customers:

  • Your package will be shipped from our UK warehouse. It usually takes 1 - 5 business days for delivery which depend on your shipping address.

For EU customers:

  • Your package will be shipped from our China / Hong Kong warehouse. It usually takes 5 - 10 business days for delivery which depend on your shipping address.
  • Express delivery time is 3 to 7 business days. Order will be delivered by DHL / Royal Mail / UPS or other courier services.

For Russia and Belarus customers:

  • Your package will be shipped from our Moscow warehouse. It usually takes 2 - 20 days for delivery which depend on your shipping address.If the item out of stock, we will ship from HK via EMS, it will take about 12 to 25 days to your country.

Rest of World customers:

  • Your package will be shipped from our China/ Hong Kong warehouse. Most free shipping packages will be shipped via SF PRESS or DHL global mail, it usually takes 5 - 10 business days for delivery.
  • Express delivery time is 3 to 8 business days. The order will be delivered by FedEx / DHL / UPS or other courier services.

      Incorrect Address

      • Orders returned to us due to incorrect or missing address information, shipping fees are non-refundable. Additional shipping charges will apply to re-ship the items to the correct address.

      Guaranteed Delivery Dates

      • Guaranteed delivery dates for items shipped in a timely manner from zikkotech.com  is the responsibilities of the carrier. Please note that these dates do not include dates a package is held requiring a signature for delivery; it is the customer’s responsibility to be there or arrange to have an authorized agent signature.
