Apple Pay: When you visit our online store using Safari on iOS 10 or macOS Sierra, a button with the Apple Pay logo will appear on your shopping cart page. You can tap or click this button to pay with Apple Pay. After payment, you will see your shipping and billing information added to your Wallet, along with the order amount, shipping costs, and taxes.

Note: Apple Pay discount codes can only be used if you enter them before clicking the Apple Pay button on the checkout page. If you click the Apple Pay button on the shopping cart page, you will not be able to enter discount codes on the checkout page.

Error Checking Out with Apple Pay on Mac

If you see an error message after paying with Apple Pay on your Mac, it may be a communication problem between your phone and computer. To verify a proper connection, you must ensure that your phone and computer meet the following settings requirements:

They are close to each other.

Bluetooth is enabled.

They are all logged into the same iCloud account.

Google Pay: When you access the online store using the Google Chrome browser, you will see a button with the Google Pay logo.

If you have the Google Pay app installed, click the button to make your purchase using Google Pay. After clicking the button, you will see your billing and shipping information.

Shipping Costs: Standard shipping is free. We offer free shipping to most countries and regions.

Express shipping costs $5.00 - $35.00 per order.

You will see the different shipping costs after entering your address information on the checkout page.

We primarily ship to the following countries/regions:

United Kingdom/United States/European Countries/Australia/New Zealand/Mexico/China/Macau/Hong Kong/Taiwan/Indonesia/Japan/Malaysia/Philippines/Puerto Rico/Serbia/South Korea/Singapore/Thailand/Ukraine. If your country/region is not listed as a shipping destination, please contact us by emailing service@zikkotech.com.

 

Shipping Location

Your order will be shipped from one of our listed fulfillment centers:

US Warehouse (Los Angeles): US only

UK Warehouse (London): UK only

China/Hong Kong Warehouse: Other parts of the world

Note: ZIKKO reserves the right to allocate warehouses based on local inventory.

 

Customs and Taxes

The recipient is responsible for all customs and taxes levied in the destination country.

Processing Time

All orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days, typically Monday to Friday. We will send you a tracking number via email after shipment.

Delivery Time and Method

To US Customers:

Your package will be shipped from our US warehouse. Most packages will be sent via FedEx or USPS; delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days.

Express delivery time is 1 to 3 business days. Orders will be shipped via FedEx/DHL/UPS or other courier companies.

To Freight Customers in Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico:

Delivery time is 16-21 business days.

APO Address (e.g., Overseas Armed Forces Address):

Delivery time is 24-28 business days.

To UK Customers:

Your parcel will be shipped from our warehouse in the UK. Delivery typically takes 1 to 5 business days, depending on your delivery address.

To EU Customers:

Your parcel will be shipped from our warehouse in Mainland China/Hong Kong. Delivery typically takes 5-10 business days, depending on your delivery address.

Express delivery time is 3 to 7 business days. Orders will be shipped via DHL/Royal Mail/UPS or other courier companies.

To Customers in the Other Parts of the World:

Your parcel will be shipped from our warehouse in Mainland China/Hong Kong. Most free shipping parcels will be sent via SF Express or DHL Worldwide, typically taking 5-10 business days. Express delivery time is 3 to 8 business days. Orders will be shipped via FedEx/DHL/UPS or other courier companies.

Incorrect Address

Orders returned due to incorrect or missing address information will not have their shipping costs refunded. Reshipment to the correct address will incur additional shipping costs.

Guaranteed Delivery Date

For items shipped promptly from zikkotech.com, the guaranteed delivery date is the responsibility of the carrier. Please note that these dates do not include the date the package is held for signature; it is the customer's responsibility to ensure someone is present or arrange for an authorized representative to sign for the package.
